Rhoan Troy Legacy Scholarship

This scholarship is established to honor the memory and legacy of Rhoan Troy Assroupe.   This scholarship is for a current undergraduate college student attending a Historically Black College or University (HBCU) majoring in computer technology or music related major.  The award is based on demonstrated financial need, community service and student involvement.   Donors giving to this scholarship will receive a tax donation letter at the end of the year.
