From helping to purchase books to starting the school year off with backpacks filled with school supplies, your tax deductible gift impacts lives of hundreds within the Metro Atlanta area. Donors have the option of giving in several ways, that each offer benefits at select giving levels. In the form below, please indicate which option you would like your contribution to go toward. General Gift: Donors interested in making a general, tax-deductible gift to the Legacy of Pearls Foundation may do so by completing the form below.

Honor/Memorial Gifts: Designate your gift in honor or memory of someone and the Legacy of Pearls Foundation will send a card to those you want to receive a notification of your honor or memorial gift. To make a gift in someone’s honor, please include the name and address of that person with your donation to the address below. To make a gift in someone’s memory, please include the name of that person and the name and address of any individuals you would like us to notify with your donation to the address below.

Matching Gifts: Company matching gifts can double your donation to the Legacy of Pearl Foundation, Inc. Contact your company’s human resources department to determine if this is an available option and to obtain the required form to submit to the Legacy of Pearls Foundation. Complete the form and mail the form along with your donation. If you’ve made your contribution online, simply complete the form and mail to our address.
